Trish has many years of office experience including office manager, executive assistant, recruiting, corporate personnel and controller's department. Trish handles all incoming calls for Onsite, scheduling all service calls and monitoring customer satisfaction. She keeps on top of all technicians to make sure support tickets are completed in a timely fashion according to their priority level. Her genuine interest in technology serves her well when handling incoming support issues. With Trish's excellent organizational skills she can handle any task that comes her way.
